Agreement

By accessing wecustomboxes.com, requesting a quote, or placing an order with We Custom Boxes, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Orders & quotes

All quotes are estimates valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A binding order is created when you approve a quote and submit payment or a purchase order as agreed.

• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to decline orders that violate applicable laws or our production capabilities.
• Order quantities, dimensions, materials, and finishes are as specified in the approved quote.

Artwork & proofs

You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork or approving our design support output. By approving a proof, you confirm that:

• All text, colors, dimensions, and placement are correct
• You have the right to use all logos, images, and content provided
• You accept responsibility for errors not flagged during proof review

Production & lead times

Production begins after proof approval and receipt of payment (or approved credit terms). Standard lead time is 8–10 business days; rush orders may be available at additional cost.

Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by artwork revisions, material shortages, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events are not grounds for cancellation without applicable fees.

Payment terms

• New customers: full payment or 50% deposit may be required before production.
• Established accounts: net-30 terms may apply by written agreement.
• Late payments may incur interest and pause production on future orders.
• All prices exclude shipping, duties, and taxes unless stated otherwise.

Liability

We Custom Boxes’s liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, brand damage, or product recall costs.

Color variation of ±5% between proof and final print, and ±2 mm dimensional tolerance on custom dies, are considered within industry standard unless a tighter tolerance is agreed in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
